Joy stems from a deep connection with yourself. But in the hustle of daily life, many women unintentionally lose touch with that connection. Reconnecting with yourself is essential to discovering what truly brings you joy, prioritizing it, and feeling it regularly. Self care is not selfish.

Ever wonder why, even with so many good things in your life, happiness sometimes feels just out of reach?

Or why your mind occasionally gets caught up in thoughts and worries that cloud your joy?

With so much to manage home, work, and all the little things in between it’s no wonder that many women sometimes feel a bit burnt out, unhappy, or stuck, even when everything seems perfectly fine on the outside.

The solution isn’t a vacation, a better boss or partner, or even more help it’s about rekindling your relationship with joy. Joy flourishes when we make space for it.

The key? Joy stems from a deep connection with yourself.

In the hustle of daily life, many women unintentionally lose touch with that connection. Reconnecting with yourself is essential to discovering what truly brings you joy, prioritizing it, and feeling it regularly.

Join Chelsea, Renee, and a wonderful group of women for a transformative retreat at Elohee. It’s your chance to pause, breathe, and rediscover what truly matters.

The weekend includes yoga, breathwork, guided meditation, forest therapy, sound and vibrational healing and wellness lifestyle coaching with plenty of free time to unwind.

Spaces are available for up to 12 women, and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage you to secure your spot early!

MEET YOUR GUIDES:

Renee Brown - founder and yoga teacher of Exhale, Advanced Thai Bodyworker, Reiki Master, and Reflexologist.

Chelsea Szabo - certified Breathwork and Reiki practitioner and Executive Coach.

Hi! We’ve been on our self-discovery journeys for over two decades and are excited to share the insights, tools and tricks we’ve picked up along the way to bring more sustainable and consistent joy and play into our lives.
